One needs not be "Happy" if one is in anyway Harboring a well adjusted and grounded dissatisfaction with oneself, and how ONE truly IZ...Happiness is an Illusion, for it is an Idea of Life and Oneself...JOY however is already made of Oneself and so it comes thru and expands Outward and all around...Its already there/Here it does not need to be obtained but released.
